It seems to be Donal McCarthy, the former Ambassador. I wrote him during my studies and he was kind to answer my questions about relations between the United Kingdom and Canada. It is a kind of choc for me to learn that he have died the same year that he answered me. If it's possible to know the exact date of his death, I would be grateful.Thank you.
